Access Information

Hampton Hill Theatre welcomes everyone.

We’re delighted to welcome everyone to Hampton Hill Theatre. While our building does have some limitations, we’ve worked hard to make the theatre as accessible and comfortable as possible for all our visitors.

Access and Facilities

  • The theatre is wheelchair accessible, with lift access to all audience areas.
  • There is an accessible toilet and baby changing facilities available on site.
  • Our Main Auditorium has an infra-red hearing assistance system. Personal systems with a T-switch will require an additional unit available in the foyer, ‘in ear’ headsets are also available.
  • We have ear defenders on request

Booking Wheelchair Spaces

  • We have two dedicated wheelchair spaces available in the stalls of the Main Auditorium and space can be made in our Studio for a wheelchair too. As our box office is managed by individual production companies, please contact the production’s box office directly if you require a wheelchair space or any specific assistance. This helps ensure your visit is smooth and comfortable.

Carer / Companion Tickets

  • Carer or companion tickets are available on request through the production’s box office. Just let them know your needs when booking.  The ticket is issued on the basis the carer or companion is capable of assisting evacuation.

Mobility Scooters

  • Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate mobility scooters inside the auditorium or studio. If you use a scooter, please contact office@teddingtontheatreclub.org.uk in advance to discuss access arrangements.

Parking

  • Please note that there is no on-site parking at Hampton Hill Theatre. We recommend using nearby public car parks or public transport where possible. Click here >>

When onsite, please talk to the Duty Manager should you require further assistance.
